Brisfit Bootcamps - Your key to a healthier lifestyle!

Brisfit is a female only bootcamp which runs 7 sessions a week in C.B. Mott Park located in Holland Park, Brisbane. The sessions are scheduled Monday through to Saturday. Each session is varied and we practice a range of training styles throughout the week. This keeps the sessions fresh, fun and exciting!

Some of the training styles we practice are:

·Boxing training

·H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)

·Resistance weights training

·Cardiovascular fitness


·AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible)

·Fitness challenges

·Body weight training

·Core strength & conditioning

·And much more


Each session is run by Mitch Parker. Mitch is an experienced personal trainer and the previous area manager and head trainer of Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge (ABBBC) Holland Park and Springwood bootcamps. At Brisfit you will receive the support you need to achieve your goals! Mitch will happily tweak sessions for clients so if their is a specific body area you would like to target or fitness goal you are working towards he can help you get there! 


Body Transformation Challenges

12 week challenge transformation

Brisfit runs four body transformation challenges a year. Our challenges take an integrated approach to health and fitness! As well as unlimited access to all bootcamp sessions participants also get weekly meal plans, nutrition advice, goal setting, goal tracking, at home workouts, health and exercise related seminars, social events, access to our exclusive online community, motivation and 24/7 support!  

As part of the challenge we do fortnightly weigh-ins and measurements, as well as mini fitness tests throughout the round to track progress. There are prizes up for grabs throughout the challenge to keep motivation high! 

We have women of all shapes and sizes participate in our challenge so we understand that ‘fit and healthy’ looks different on everyone. This is why we are committed to helping you achieve your own personal goals!

Our challenges are also a great way to meet like minded women who are dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. We have formed a very social community at Brisfit and throughout the challenges will go on fitness excursion together such as scenic hikes, bowls, Bounce and more!  At the end of each challenge we have an end of challenge party which is always a fabulous social occasion!
