Brisfit is a female only bootcamp which runs 7 sessions a week in C.B. Mott Park located in Holland Park, Brisbane. The sessions are scheduled Monday through to Saturday. Each session is varied and we practice a range of training styles throughout the week. This keeps the sessions fresh, fun and exciting!
Some of the training styles we practice are:
·H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)
·Resistance weights training
·AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible)
·Body weight training
·Core strength & conditioning
·And much more
Each session is run by Mitch Parker. Mitch is an experienced personal trainer and the previous area manager and head trainer of Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge (ABBBC) Holland Park and Springwood bootcamps. At Brisfit you will receive the support you need to achieve your goals! Mitch will happily tweak sessions for clients so if their is a specific body area you would like to target or fitness goal you are working towards he can help you get there!
