  • Is there a fitness requirement?

No, the beauty of our trainers’ extensive experience is that we can completely custom any session for anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. If you have never trained before or if you already consider yourself quite fit you will be able to tailor it to your needs.

  • What kind of training is it?

Every week brings a new range of training styles to help you achieve results and maintain them. It includes; cardio, strength training, yoga, functional fitness and so much more. To see what sessions we run every week, jump on our Instagram to view the weekly timetable.

  • How many sessions do I have to commit to each week?

It’s completely up to you as to how much time you commit to your training. You can do as little or as much as you want but for the best results we recommend committing to as many of the 8 sessions per week as possible.

  • What if it rains?

As we are 100% outdoors during the summer months the weather can occasionally interrupt our training schedule. On any overcast day with a chance of showers we will post constant updates on the members online forum. A final decision on the training status will always be made at least 1 hour before the session begins to give everyone plenty of notice. In the unlikely case of a session being cancelled due to weather concerns, a catch-up session will be organised ASAP.

  • Can you accommodate for injuries?
With highly qualified trainers we are able to accommodate for almost any injuries. Once we are notified of your injuries we will talk to you personally about modified exercises and/or substitutes you can use. We will also do our best to educate you about your injuries and the best possible rehabilitation methods.

 

  • Can I pause my payments if I go away?

If you are heading away on holidays or away for work you are able to freeze your membership for a maximum of 4 weeks per year (no more than 2 weeks within your first challenge). A membership freeze fee of $5 per week will apply.

  • What equipment to do I need?
There are no equipment requirements to complete the program. Brisfit will supply all training equipment need for each training session. We do recommend every person brings their own towel and water bottle.
  • Can I still train if I am pregnant?

For the first trimester we are able to alter any exercises to keep you and the bub completely . As always you should consult with your doctor before starting a new diet or training program while pregnant.
