Looking for something a little more personal?

Brisfit has now introduced mobile personal training. Sessions are open to female and males of all ages, fitness levels and goals. We are now taking on clients who are serious about getting results and achieving their goals through personal sessions.

We come to you! We will provide all the equipment needed, all you need to do is show up and get ready to work your butt off. 

Group training isn’t for everyone. Personal training allows you to have an individual and tailored program specific to your goals.

Each personal training session will be adapted to suit you to ensure its appropriate for your experience and fitness level, as well as your personal goals.  

About the trainer.

Mitch is a certified III & IV master personal trainer with over 6 years experience. He is enthusiastic and motivated to help you reach your goals, and determined to ensure you love every single session.

Before starting Brisfit Bootcamps, Mitch was the area manager of two very successful ABBBC (Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge) locations. As well as personal training from within gyms.
