7 GROUP EXERCISE SESSIONS A WEEK!

 

We know women are busy, there are so many things that have to be juggled in everyday life which is why we think exercise should feel like a fun escape, not another chore! Our timetable is varied to make it easy for each and every woman to find a little ‘me time’ and attend a training session.  Our bootcamp sessions are scheduled Monday through to Saturday alternating day and night so you are free to attend the ones that fit into your lifestyle! Brisfit Bootcamp Brisbane training timetable

 

Every Brisfit bootcamp session is varied so you will experience a range of training styles making every bootcamp session fun, new and exciting!

A typical week of training will consist of:

  • Boxing

  • H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)

  • Resistance weights

  • Cardiovascular fitness

  • Crossfit

  • AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible)

  • Fitness challenges

  • Body weight training

  • Core strength & conditioning

  • And much more

Bootcamp Location

C.B. Mott Park.
Corner of Logan Rd and Abbotsleigh St.
Holland Park, Brisbane QLD 4121

Parking is available on Logan Rd or in the park carpark on Abbotsleigh St

Brisfit training location

Our regular bootcamp training sessions are held at C.B. Mott Park although some Saturday sessions may be at other locations such as Kangaroo Point Cliffs. We may also have active excursions during our 12 week challenge where we will meet at other locations.
